Technical Writing Experience
Over 20 years experience in the production of professional technical documentation. Covering all stages of document production from initial assessment to planning, drafting, editing and final publication. Also extensive experience in the generation and preparation of supporting artwork and images.
Documentation experience includes: software user guides, training manuals, installation and maintenance manuals, on-line help, tutorials, slides, presentations, specifications, reports, brochures, newsletters, posters, flyers - using both on-line and paper based delivery methods.
Documentation standards applied: BS 4884/4899, AESP, JSP, ATA100, EBU.
